We have an experienced and trained service team to provide you the best service possible and maintain your machine in a good condition. 

 

Our Nabl scope for calibration includes the following:

 

1. Impact Testing Machines: 

We have obtained the NABL accreditation for the calibration of the impact testing machines as per ISO 148:2008, ASTM E 23-07, ASTM D 256-05, D 6110-4 and ISO 13802;1999. We calibrate both IZOD and Charpy impact testing machines. Our Clinometer is imported from Switzerland. 

Our aim is to provide you the most accurate calibration possible. 

 

2. Extensometers:

With the arrival of the revised standards, it has now become mandatory to calibrate even the extensometers. This is because; the extensometers play a major role in determining the strain characteristics of the material.

We calibrate the Extensometers used on Universal testing machines as per ASTM E8310a and IS 12872:1990. Our calibration master is imported from Switzerland. We can calibrate extensometers with a resolution of both 0.1 micron as well as 1 micron. 

 

3. Calibration of Displacement:

We calibrate the displacement of the cross head as per ASTM E 2309-05. We have the facility for calibration of the displacement of the UTRM cross head / Actuator. Our master calibration equipment is imported from Switzerland. Our master has a resolution of 1 micron. Our master encoder is direct in line with the cross head of the UTM ensuring a very high degree of sensitivity and repeatability.

 

4. Calibration of load cells in Universal Testing Machines:

We calibrate universal testing Machines as per standards IS 1828-2005, (PART-1) / ISO7500.

We presently have the NABL accreditation for the calibration of Load cells of Universal testing machines in Compression mode and Tension mode. 

We have the NABL accreditation for calibration in tension up to a load of 600 kN.

We have the NABL accreditation for calibration in compression up to a maximum load of 3000 kN. 

We have load cells imported from Italy for calibration up to 2000 kN and we have the traceability through PTB for calibration up to 2000 kN in Tension and compression. 

 

5. Calibration of Hardness Testing Machines:

a. Micro Vickers Hardness Testing Machines:

We calibrate Micro Vickers hardness testing machines using standard test blocks as per IS 1754:2002. We have the NAL accreditation for the Onsite calibration of Micro Vickers Hardness testing machines. Our test block is imported from Europe with traceability to UKAS. 

 

b. Rockwell Hardness Testing Machines:

We calibrate Rockwell hardness testing machines using standard test blocks as per standard IS 1586:2000. We have the NABL accreditation for the calibration of Rockwell and Rockwell Superficial hardness testing machines. Our test blocks are calibrated directly at National Physical Laboratory New Delhi. 

 

c. Vickers Hardness Testing Machines:

We calibrate Vickers hardness testing machines using standard test blocks as per IS 1754:2002. We have the NABL accreditation for the calibration of Vickers hardness testing machines from 1 kg to 50 kg. We can provide the onsite calibration for the same. Our test blocks are calibrated directly at National Physical Laboratory New Delhi. 

 

d. Brinell Hardness Testing Machines:

We calibrate Brinell hardness testing machines using standard test blocks as per standard IS 2281:2005 and by using load cells and dynamometers as per IS 2281:2005. We have the NABL accreditation for both the load calibration as well as the indirect verification of Brinell hardness testing machines for Onsite verification. 

 

e. Shore Hardness Testing Machines:

We calibrate Shore hardness testing machines using  check device as per ASTM D 2240-05. We have facility for calibration of Shore A and Shore d durometers with NABL accreditation. Our calibration master is imported from Germrany and is determined as per the ASTM standards. Our equipment is calibrated at Germany and is traceable to PTB Germany. 

 

f. We also have the facility to calibrate IRHD hardness testing machines.
