This highly-accurate UCI Testor is the latest development in portable hardness testing, suitable for thin and/or very large structures made of metals, plastics, and ceramics. The DynaTestor M495 provides a direct reading in Vickers HV, and conversion to HRC, HRB, HB and UTS. It performs with a high reproducibility within ±1% and works according to the accepted Vickers UCI principle.

The electronic evaluation of the measurement provides immediate hardness values in HV, HB or HRC, and is guaranteed to the sample rate of 500 samples per second.

The DynaTestor is ideal for both mobile use, as well as for hardness testing in production and vendor inspection.
