Universal Hardness Testing Machine: Model UH 250

The universal hardness tester model UH 250 has been designed to be extremely rugged and last for a long time.
The machine can be used to perform, Rockwell, Superficial, Vickers and low load brinell tests. It can apply load between 1 kg to 250 kgs.
It uses a closed loop load control system and applies load using a load cell.
The machine captures the brinell and Vickers indentation using a high resolution camera and displays it on an integrated LCD display with touch screen or a computer for evaluation of hardness.
The evaluation software can be equipped with auto measurement, zoom module and auto focussing of sample surface.
The machine can be incorporated with an automatic X Y table.
The machine Conforms to ISO 6506, ISO 6507, ISO 6508, ISO 4545, ASTM E18, ASTM E92, ASTM E10 and JIS.

Universal Hardness Testing Machine: Model UH 930
The model 930 universal hardness testing machine is a very rugged machine and uses a closed loop load control system and applies load using a load cell. The machine can be used to perform, Rockwell, Superficial, Vickers and low load brinell tests. It can apply load between 1 kg to 250 kgs. The machine captures the brinell and Vickers indentation and projects it on to a Fresnel screen where the indentation can be measured using a digital measurement calliper. The hardness value is displayed in the LCD screen. The machine Conforms to ISO 6506, ISO 6507, ISO 6508, ASTM E18, ASTM E92, ASTM E10, and JIS.
Both the machines are ideally suited for the quality control and research and development applications.

Universal Hardness Testing Machine: Model UH753 / UH3003

The UH753 / UH3003 series complete the new generation of hardness testers. It is available in two versions, with maximum test forces to 750kg and 3000kg respectively.
Due to its sturdy design, it is a reliable machine and suitable for rough workshop conditions.
The innovative hardness tester features extremely fast testing cycles and a newly developed changer magazine to hold several indenters and lens.
The operator can test to a variety of test methods without the need for manual indenter/objective changes.
