The universal hardness tester model UH 250 has been designed to be extremely rugged and last for a long time.

The machine can be used to perform, Rockwell, Superficial, Vickers and low load brinell tests. It can apply load between 1 kg to 250 kgs.

It uses a closed loop load control system and applies load using a load cell.

The machine captures the brinell and Vickers indentation using a high resolution camera and displays it on an integrated LCD display with touch screen or a computer for evaluation of hardness.

The evaluation software can be equipped with auto measurement, zoom module and auto focussing of sample surface.

The machine can be incorporated with an automatic X Y table.

The model 930 universal hardness testing machine is a very rugged machine and uses a closed loop load control system and applies load using a load cell.

The machine can be used to perform, Rockwell, Superficial, Vickers and low load brinell tests. It can apply load between 1 kg to 250 kgs.

The machine captures the brinell and Vickers indentation and projects it on to a Fresnel screen where the indentation can be measured using a digital measurement calliper. The hardness value is displayed in the LCD screen.

The machine Conforms to ISO 6506, ISO 6507, ISO 6508, ASTM E18, ASTM E92, ASTM E10, and JIS.
