Series 400 Vickers and Micro Vickers Cum Knoop Hardness Testing Machines:

The series 400 is a very economical hardness testing machine. It can be supplied with three different load ranges.  The 402 MVD is a micro Vickers cum knoop hardness testing machine which uses a dead weight principal to give you extremely accurate and repeatable test results. It comes with load ranges of 10g, 25g, 50g, 100g, 200g, 300g, 500g, 1 kg or 2 kg and is ideally suited to perform micro hardness and knoop hardness tests in the quality control laboratory. The machine comes with a manual X Y table to perform case depth analysis.  The 432 and 452 series Vickers hardness testing machines are designed to perform Vickers hardness tests at higher loads. The series 432 machine has dial selectable load ranges from 300g to 30 kg where as the 452 SVD machine has load ranges from 1 kg to 50 kg. Both the models can be equipped with X Y tables. The above three models can be upgraded with automatic X Y tables, automatic focussing of the samples using high resolution cameras and the automatic measurement of the hardness of the indentations using high resolution cameras.  All the above features make this machine suitable for use in quality control labs as well as research and development establishments in any manufacturing industry or research and educational institute.

Micro Hardness Testing Machine: Model Tukon 1202

This is the latest micro hardness model which we can supply and was released only this year. It is a very reliable, accurate and repeatable machine. It comes in two different versions. The first and basic version has two objective positions with a standard supply of 50 X and 10 X objectives and one indenter position which can be exchanged with either a Vickers or a knoop indenter. The second version comes with 5 turret positions for more demanding applications. These five positions can be filled with three objective and two indenter positions.  It is a dead weight hardness testing machine which can be equipped with X Y tables and analog or digital micrometers for performing case depth hardness measurement and analysis.  It comes with a 10X eyepiece and can be upgraded with an automation software system for auto measurement, auto focussing of the sample and automatic traversing of the X Y table.  The machine comes with a touch screen with large finger icons so that the screen is not very cramped for space.  The fully automatic version of this machine saves a lot of testing time and operator influence on test results.

Micro and Macro Vickers Hardness Testing Machines: Model KL 4

The KL 4 machine is an extremely rugged machine which has been designed specially to last for a very long time.  The KL 4 machine comes with a load range from 100g to 10 kg. It applies the load using specially close loop controlled springs to give you a faster testing cycle and an accurate test result.  The KL4 is ideally suited for applications where a quick test cycle and a large volume of tests need to be performed.  The Semi automatic, automatic and manual versions of the machine comes with a high resolution 5 mega pixel camera which is used to measure the hardness of the test result.  The machine comes in three different versions.  i. Micro and Macro Vickers / Knoop Hardness Testing Machines: Model TUKON 2500

The Tukon 2500 machine is a load cell based closed loop machine where the load is applied using a load cell and the load applied is controlled using a unique and accurate control system.  The load range available starts from 10 grams up to 50 kg in the same machine.  The machine has an innovative digital zooming capability for dramatically enhancing the magnification range of the optical path support a wide breadth of applications. The turret can be equipped with a maximum of 3 objectives selected by the customer and two indenter positions which can be equipped with Vickers and or knoop indenters. The indentation is captured using a high resolution camera and displayed on the computer screen.  The machine can be equipped with an over view camera for easy focussing of the sample edge when performing the case depth analysis.  The machine comes with various configurations depending on your requirement and can be upgraded at a later stage.  The Minuteman automation software, where test method setups, data collection, case hardness depth graphing, statistical calculations, data export and much more functionality is provided for rapid testing and analysis.
