Resilience Testing Machines |
|
1. Schobb Type Pendulum Rebound Testing Machines:
The Digitest II Schobb type pendulum rebound tester is used for the determination of the resilience elasticity of elastomers, soft elastic foams and similar materials during shock or impact.
|
The Machine Confirms to DIN 53512, DIN 53573, ISO 4662, ASTM D 1054-91 |
 |
Construction:
- The machine consists of a solid base to isolate vibrations and absorb impact. It consists of a specimen holder or anvil which is attached to an adjustable vernier to set the sample thickness.
- The hammer can be attached to the pendulum which is released from a position which is parallel to the ground.
- The high precision and quality bearings ensure very little bearing friction and helps in giving an accurate test result.
- It is a simple, user friendly machine which comes with an electronic display unit to give the test result.
Software:
- The machine can be integrated to testing software for data logging.
Accessories:
- The machine can be supplied with a special heating module to perform the test on samples at elevated temperatures.
Applications:
-
Determination of the dynamic behaviour of different materials
-
Differentiation of different material qualities
-
Identification of material changes after dynamic fatigue tests and after aging
-
Quality assurance during the production process and at the finished product

2. Ball Rebound Testing Machines:
|
The machine confirms to DIN 53512, DIN 53573, ISO 4662, ASTM D 1054-91 |
 |
- The ball rebound tester is used for the determination of the resilience elasticity of foams and confirms to DIN EN ISO 8307 and ASTM D 3574.
- A quick, easy and reliable measurement is made by the Ball Rebound Tester because of its innovative testing technology.
-
short training period
-
short measuring cycle
-
no adjustment is needed to be made by the operator. A two lined display reads the measured value and median value in %. The testing device is equipped with a computer interface for data transfer.
