The load frames of imported universal testing machines / fatigue testing machines from the ‘90s and early ‘00s are generally of very high quality with far greater stiffness than frames of machines of later pedigree. Most of the former are presently in disrepair due to the fact that Control/DAQ electronics and the Software have become out dated.
We can offer electronic control systems with software packages, COD gauges, extensometers etc. according to your requirement. In case you already have certain transducers in working condition, we can check if the same can be used along with our control system.
We can provide software packages according to most testing requirements like fatigue crack growth (for certain machines), regular tensile test of metals, rubber, plastics, composite etc.
